Refund and return policies

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more Products (bracelets and/or other items) and choose to receive other products in replacement or exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return Procedure
To proceed with the return, please follow the instructions on this page:

  1. Contact our customer service
    Send an email to servizioclienti@meem.life
    indicating the order number and the holder.
  2. Receiving Instructions
    Within one working day you will receive an email containing a link that will redirect you
    to our page dedicated to returns, where you can choose between the following methods
    to return the goods:
    Hand delivery to the courier office closest to you.
    Booking of collection at the address indicated by you.
  3. Completing the Procedure
    Follow the instructions provided carefully. At the end of the procedure, you will receive a
    confirmation email with the barcode to present to the courier.
    Remember to carefully package the Products to be returned, ensuring that they are intact
    and in their original packaging, so as to allow our logistics to proceed
    in the shortest possible time.

RETURN POLICY

There are four options for making a return:

  1. Size Change
    If you ordered a bracelet in the wrong size and you want to receive the same item in the correct size, the size change is completely free.
  2. Voucher
    If you prefer to exchange for a new item, you can request a Voucher. You will receive a code for the same amount, usable on all Products on the site, without expiration.
  3. Refund
    If you decide to opt for a refund, the shipping costs will be at your expense and amount to €7.00. Therefore, the refund will be issued net of this amount (for example, if you return an item with a value of €15.00 you will receive a refund of €8.00). The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order. We remind you that sale orders are not refundable.
  4. Other
    If you have received an incorrect or non-compliant product, contact us to request a replacement with the correct product or to agree on other methods.

Conditions for the Exercise of the Right of Return and Withdrawal

The right of return and withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:

  • The Products must not have been used and/or damaged.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The Products must be sent in a single shipment.

We reserve the right not to accept Products from the same order if returned
in separate shipments.
The Products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 28 days from the date on
which you placed the order.
Please note that the risks of transport for the return of the Products are entirely
borne by the Buyer

In the unlikely event that the return is made in non-compliant conditions, we may
have to send the Products back to the Buyer
.

Partial Returns

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:

  • If the Products are not returned in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • If the return occurs after 28 days from the order date.

Orders on Sale

Only non-sale Products are refundable. Therefore, refunds are not provided for discounted items.
